President & CEO
Tracy Chappell
Tracy Fisher-Chappell, CEO and President of TPM Productions, is a retired educator with over 30 years of experience in the field of education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and a Multiple Subjects Credential for K-12 and Adult Education from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Additionally, she earned a Special Education Credential with an Autism certification from California State University, Long Beach. With over 20 years of experience in writing and producing plays, Tracy is also a talented artist, writer, and playwright. A native of Los Angeles, raised in Compton, she has called Long Beach home for the past 30 years, where she continues to inspire through her creative and educational contributions.

Board Co-Vice President
LaCreashia Willis-Howard
LaCreashia Willis-Howard was born and raised in the inner city to young parents who exemplified perseverance and maintained a charitable value system despite numerous obstacles. Growing up during the drug epidemic of the eighties, she witnessed the resulting disparities firsthand. In response, LaCreashia devised various methods to help and heal her community, from giveaways and celebrations to providing random acts of service and developing impactful programs that extended throughout the area.
Inspired by the good and beauty in all things and driven by hope for those unable to envision endless possibilities for themselves, Mrs. Willis-Howard pursued higher education at California State University, Dominguez Hills, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with an emphasis on culture and personality. She furthered her studies with a Master of Arts in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacemaking (NCRP). This educational foundation propelled her into a meaningful career with the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE), where she touched the hearts and minds of incarcerated juveniles, juveniles on probation, pregnant minors, and juveniles diagnosed with disabilities.
LaCreashia is quite a dedicated and multifaceted individual with significant roles in her community. Currently, she is the Co-founder and President of Howard’s 4 Hope, where she develops and facilitates programs to uplift her community, she is the Co-Vice President of Total Praise Ministries (TPM), where she supports the team vision of building healthier communities through the arts, and she is the owner and operator of Lotta Love Family Child Care, where she nurtures young minds. Her enduring philosophy is simple yet profound: to give so others can live.

Misty Monroe
Misty Monroe is an accomplished actress and educator with over 20 years of experience in the
entertainment industry. She has appeared in national commercials for AT&T, Planet Fitness, and
Geico, and is a proud member of the Screen Actors Guild with over 40 TV and film credits. Misty
holds a BA in Theater Arts and a Master's in Multicultural and Bilingual Education. She has
served as an assistant director and writer with Total Praise Ministries for over 10 years,
contributing to the ministry's growth and success.

Board Secretary
Requel Henry
Requel Henry holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and has over 20 years of experience in stage plays. She has acted in several Total Praise Ministries (TPM) gospel plays, including “The Gift'' and “The Making of a Man.” Raised in North Long Beach, Requel graduated from Jordan High School. Her sons attended TPM's summer camp, Y.A.S.S., and performed in the Showcase of the Arts events. Requel previously worked as a substitute teacher in the Clark County School District and has served on the board of Total Praise Ministries for over five years. Currently, she is the Secretary of Total Praise and resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Edna Kendrick
Edna Kendrick is a dedicated professional whose career spans over two decades in marketing,
trade, imports, and finance. Her extensive experience has allowed her to travel the country and China multiple times a year. For the past 10 years, Edna has worked in the banking industry, including a tenure at JP Morgan. She currently serves at a community bank in Northern California, where she resides. Edna loves helping others and finds joy in cooking, reading,
traveling, and deepening her relationship with her God and Savior. She has been a steadfast supporter of Total Praise Ministries for over a decade and joined its board four years ago,
contributing her expertise and passion to the organization's mission.

Videographer
Jenae Vega
Jenae Vega is an experienced videographer with 10 years of success in captioning and editing high-quality videos. She has a proven ability to compose and produce a variety of video projects from concept to completion and is skilled in the use of Adobe Premiere software. Jenae has been the videographer for Total Praise Ministries for almost 10 years, where she has videoed many plays and events. She is well-organized, dependable, has excellent time management
skills and professionalism which she contributes to the ministry.

Choreographer
Camille Bowen
Camille Bowen is a multi-hyphenate arts phenomenon. Her music career includes being the
lead singer of the band Queen Yaa and the High Court. She is also the Creative Director and
co-founder of Xclusiv Movement Foundation, a Long Beach based performing arts company,
specializing in introducing the upper echelons of dance to ultra-talented and under-served
youth. She is also the Long Beach Chapter President of Queens Historical Society, educating
and entertaining the masses on the history of kings and queens in Africa throughout history
using theatrical performances. She is also a performing arts specialist teaching dance, theatre
and drumming for Dance and Dialogue, a Los Angeles based non-profit organization serving
LAUSD and surrounding arts companies. Camille has dedicated her life to the arts for over 25
years and continues to serve her community through many different artistic endeavors including
teaching dance and choreography for TPM.
