LaCreashia Willis-Howard

Board Co-Vice President

LaCreashia Willis-Howard

LaCreashia Willis-Howard was born and raised in the inner city to young parents who exemplified perseverance and maintained a charitable value system despite numerous obstacles. Growing up during the drug epidemic of the eighties, she witnessed the resulting disparities firsthand. In response, LaCreashia devised various methods to help and heal her community, from giveaways and celebrations to providing random acts of service and developing impactful programs that extended throughout the area.
Inspired by the good and beauty in all things and driven by hope for those unable to envision endless possibilities for themselves, Mrs. Willis-Howard pursued higher education at California State University, Dominguez Hills, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with an emphasis on culture and personality. She furthered her studies with a Master of Arts in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacemaking (NCRP). This educational foundation propelled her into a meaningful career with the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE), where she touched the hearts and minds of incarcerated juveniles, juveniles on probation, pregnant minors, and juveniles diagnosed with disabilities.
LaCreashia is quite a dedicated and multifaceted individual with significant roles in her community. Currently, she is the Co-founder and President of Howard’s 4 Hope, where she develops and facilitates programs to uplift her community, she is the Co-Vice President of Total Praise Ministries (TPM), where she supports the team vision of building healthier communities through the arts, and she is the owner and operator of Lotta Love Family Child Care, where she nurtures young minds. Her enduring philosophy is simple yet profound: to give so others can live.
